Biographical Information 
Dr. Toth has over 40 years of experience, working with people of all ages, affected by trauma, disability, abuse, bereavement, substance abuse, addiction, adoption, interpersonal and work-related issues.    

Specialties 
Individual, marital, and family therapy, Substance Abuse, Critical Incident Stress Debriefing, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, Emotional Freedom Techniques, Somatic Experiencing.

Issues Treated
Since 1984, Dr. Toth has operated a private practice serving people of all ages affected by trauma, disability, abuse, bereavement, substance abuse, addiction, adoption, interpersonal and work-related issues.    

Treatment Approach 
Dr. Toth believes in the value of life, the exercise of humanity, respect for the individual across race, religion, sexual orientation, language, disability and the commitment to improve and sustain our environment for this generation and those to come.    

Scope of Practice 
Dr. Toth holds contracts with a number of employee assistance, victim services, government, and veteran programs.   In addition, Dr. Toth accepts referrals for disability accommodation, recovery and workforce re-entry.    

Insurance Plans Accepted 
Financial arrangements to cover costs of consultation, counselling and psychotherapy are accepted on an individual basis.  Private insurance and funding through Employee Assistance and Victim Services programs is accepted.     

Languages and Communication 
Services are provided in English, French, and American Sign Language. As requested, services may be provided in person, by teleconference or in video format.
